What you’ll do

• Check customers in and ensure everyone signs the waiver and follows our no shoes/socks on policy

• Supervise guests and ensure all rules are followed

• Sell and serve coffee and snacks at the cafe counter

• Set up, take down, and tidy up party rooms between parties

• Clean up spills and accidents, help maintain a high standard of cleanliness

• Help maintain and restock inventory

• Answer guest questions and make everyone feel at home

• Interact with kids, creating memorable moments for them at the playground

Your availability

In Windsor and Wellington, we’re looking for team members who can help fill a few gaps in our schedule and pick up occasional shifts when other team members need coverage.

In Greeley, we’re hiring for a wider range of availability, from after-school and weekend shifts to more consistent weekday and full-time availability.

We’re also hiring team members to help with ball pit deep cleaning across all three locations during the first week of each month, typically from about 9am to 3pm.

The minimum age for these roles is 16 due to state regulations. If you have children, they’re welcome to come to work with you (except during shifts covering private events), as long as you’re able to fully meet the expectations of your role while they’re there.

Starting pay is $16/hour, with regular opportunities for raises. Team members who are 18 or older are also invited to participate in our generous 401(k) matching program.
