We cater to kids from 1 to 8 years old, as well as their parents/guardians.
What you’ll do
Standard Monster Wrangler duties:
Check customers in and ensure everyone signs the waiver
Supervise guests and ensure all rules are followed
Sell and serve coffee and snacks at the cafe counter
Set up, take down, and tidy up party rooms between parties
Clean up spills and accidents, help maintain a high standard of cleanliness
Help maintain and restock inventory
Answer guest questions and make everyone feel at home
Interact with kids, creating memorable moments for them at the playground
Location Manager specific duties:
Make weekly Costco runs to replenish cafe inventory
Help fill in for shifts when the unexpected happens (staff gets sick, etc.)
Represent LMP in a business development capacity (attend marketing events, distribute promotional materials, etc.)
Manage operational supplies and order more when necessary
Manage cash operations at the Wellington playground (reset cash drawers, recount cash safe, etc.)
Model exceptional behavior for the rest of the staff

Your availability
As our Location Manager, you will work up to 34 hours per week, primarily in person at the Wellington playground but also away from the playground running errands, participating in marketing activities, and completing various administrative tasks as needed. Your schedule may look something like this:
Sundays: 8:30am to 2pm or 2pm to 7:45pm
Mondays: 8:30am to 2pm
Tuesdays: 8:30am to 2pm (ball cleaning on the first Tuesday of the month, admin time other Tuesdays)
Wednesdays: 8:30am to 2pm
Thursdays: 8:30am to 2pm
You could run errands (e.g. do a Costco run) and complete manger duties (e.g. respond to scheduling requests from staff) away from the playground during weeknights at your discretion to fill in for missing hours as well.
The minimum age for these roles is 16 due to state regulations. This is a salary-based role at $36,000/year and includes 100% premiums paid comprehensive health insurance for you and 2 weeks paid time off through the year.
